Sketchbook & Land of Don Quixote

I've traded for Sketchbook a couple times now but I've never found the first episode of the series. Am I remembering correctly that Jeff said he got a copy of it? Is this in general circulation or is it not being passed around?

Also, for a while Land of Don Quixote was not among "collectors" but it appears that a couple people have it now. Is this the complete 9 episode series? Does it have the narraration? How do these things suddenly come into circulation?
