Yes, Tony, I have seen it. It is not a documentary, but a series of portraits of three people, the last one being Françoise Widhoff (to whom Alain Cavalier also devoted a film called La Rencontre [The Encounter] without naming her). Cavalier shot it in DV with no crew. Widhoff is rather harsh on Welles.

The film is not available on video. As far as I know, it has not been shown on French TV.
