I'm not sure if this is outside your range of books associated with Welles, but Laurence Klavan's THE CUTTING ROOM
incorporates the lost original cut of AMBERSONS into it's fictional story...http://www.amazon.com/Cutting-Room-Nove ... 929&sr=8-2
Looking at your selection of books, I'm struck by the number of poorly designed covers adorning the various reprints (whereas the covers of the first printings were relatively attractive). THE MAKING OF CITIZEN KANE
cover is especially inaccurate given that the photo used shows Welles at RKO's Encino ranch directing AMBERSONS (he's sitting on the crane used for the lengthy shot of George and Lucy riding through town).
