New play on Welles - VOTRE SERVITEUR, ORSON WELLES plays Pari

A heads-up, and a thumbs-down: Wellesians in Paris (and those who can make the trip) should quickly get their tickets to Richard France’s “Votre serviteur, Orson Welles” (Obediently Yours, Orson Welles), playing at the Théâtre Marigny from Sept. 6 to Oct. 31.

Mr. France has asked me to tell fellow Wellesians that, should they see any claims that Robert Machrae is in the play, such claims are false. Mr. France has not authorized Mr. Machrae to make such representations, nor anyone to make such representations on his behalf.

P.S. I’ve read the play, and it’s formidable.
