'Ambersons' lobby card signed by Orson Welles & Robert Wise

On eBay, a lobby card depicting the deleted boarding house scene (supposedly) signed by Welles and Wise, went unsold.
Bidding started at $500. It appears the reserve price was $1,200 when the auction ended on Sept. 5.
I wonder who signed it first and the reaction of the second signer when asked to autograph it.
