Macbeth best version?

Discuss the films of Welles's Shakespearean Trilogy

I was wondering what is the best format (Laserdisc/DVD) and version of Macbeth? I've heard the Laserdisc version has a good commentary. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

Seems LD is your best bet. The Republic LD has a commentary and a music suite of the film's score. However, the Image LD has the cleanest print I've seen of the film (supposedly better than the R2 dvds).
