UK "Trial" DVD

Discuss Welles's other European films.

Hi all-
Can anyone tell me: Is the Studio Canal "Trial" DVD available on Amazon.uk the same as the French DVD? That is, does it contain the deleted scenes, etc?

Much thanks.

As far as I know, the UK version has no extras, just the film itself.

Thanks Jeff.
Is there a recommended place to get the French DVD?

I've never gone anywhere but Amazon France, and never had a problem with them.

www.dvdshoppingcenter.com is another site that i recommend. I purchased my Magnificent Amberson's Special Edition DVD from there and everything went just fine.

I had a bitch of a time with dvdshoppingcenter.com, I think it was some Tati disc or other. They never sent it and getting a refund was an enormous chore and I sent many fruitless e-mail messages into the void before they finally got back to me.

That was about two years ago, though, so take that into consideration.
