RKO strikes again

I see RKO are remaking Alfred Hitchcock's "Suspicion"...I wonder what will happen to the ending this time.

Strangely, on RKO's official site there is an entire section called "library" which lists landmark RKO films of the past. The text gives you the impression that RKO still own these films. Oh, and you'll notice the still from "Ambersons" is from a colourised print.
