I was going to add The Shadow, The Lives of Harry Lime and The Black Museum, but the board restricted me to ten poll choices. So I restricted it to just series with Welles as director.

I almost voted fro Les Miserables (which I managed to mispell for the poll - how nice) but chose the original Mercury Theatre series instead. I think Dracula + Treasure Island + The Man Who Was Thursday (just those three shows on their own) manage to out-weigh Miserables. I couldn't vote for Campbell Playhouse because the 'sponsor' interfered to a great extent with which stories Welles could air. I don't think he wanted to adapt all those popular movies and romance novels from the late 30s. He would have stuck to the classics more.
