the narrator is orson welles
his wife ("mother") is mercedes mccambridge?
mrs. hartsell is julie warren or mary healy?
frank m. hartsell is brainerd duffield or ted osborne?
i'm not good in recognizing the voices but i need to know it.
thanks in advance.

No, Welles doesn't recite the credits at the end of the show, unusual for him. My guess is that Hartsell was probably played by Brainard Duffield, who was Welles' right-hand-man for the Mercury Summer Theatre show. Interesting to hear Welles and McCambridge doing Romeo and Juliet on the second half of the show.
