Thanks Natalie, it certainly is good to see that this terrific website is still being taken care of. Just looking at the list of programs, one can see what an astonishing range Welles and the Mercury had in terms of storytelling. This group was truly unique in that regard. Isn't Lilliom based on the same story that the musical Carousel is based on? I'll have to check that one out.

Looks like the Mercury site's collection is getting pretty close to complete now. The owner has also added the programs for Our Town which I've only heard part of, and The Bad Man, with guest star Ida Lupino. Both of those, plus Algiers, are said to be among the best in the series. I've been waiting to hear each of them for quite awhile. Thanks again.
