Orson Welles' last home for sale

The three-story home was built in 1921 and has retained much of its original charm. There is also a pool and guesthouse.
Welles, who directed, co-wrote and starred in "Citizen Kane," died at age 70 in 1985. This was his last home, at least here on Earth. Sharona Alperin of Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent".
