Looking for a Welles Quote

Hello,
I'm looking for a quote of Orson Welles' where he claims that all one needs in life is a firm understanding of Shakespeare and the Holy Bible (or something along these lines).

The quote's for an upcoming Cinema History paper on The Magnificent Ambersons. My paper's thesis is very firmly rooted in this quote, so any help in finding the source is greatly appreciated!

I believe that may be a quote from an interview with Ruth Warrick which is included as an Easter egg on the Citizen Kane DVD. For those that don't know about the easter eggs, just click on the Rosebud sled for the Main Menu. I think there's another one too, but I can't remember what it is offhand. An interview with somebody, maybe Wise.

Thanks, mteal, however, I seem to distinctly remember (and I certainly hope I'm remembering correctly) the quote coming from the mouth of Welles himself...
