Perhaps the Magic Show which was a tv special?

Or the pilot for his talk show?

I saw "The Fountain of Youth" at the Museum of TV and Radio in New York a few years back.

It was part of a special Welles program they had put together (it included Welles on "I Love Lucy" and an interview with Welles by Edward R. Murrow (I think)). But I would assume that they then added "Fountain of Youth" to their permanent collection.
