Orson Welles retrospective in Saarbrücken, Germany

The Kino im Filmhaus in Saarbrücken, Germany will present a selected retrospective of the works of Orson Welles beginning next month in celebration of the centenary of his birth.

The retrospective will be preceded by an audiovisual introduction into Welles’ life and career by Michael Jurich and Marisa Winter on May 5.

The Kino I’m Filmhaus program includes Citizen Kane on May 6, The Magnificent Ambersons on May 13, The Lady from Shanghai on May 20, The Third Man on May 27, Touch of Evil on June 3 and The Trial on June 9. All shows will start at 8 p.m.
