Ooh, I'd not heard of that one.
I was thinking about different versions of War Of The Worlds only recently. I'm looking for a good quality copy of KPEN 1965 and WKBW 1974 as the 32kbps versions sound like trash. (I have a higher quality of the 1974 WKBW but it's been cut down to 75 minutes, losing some small parts of the play as well as some commercials, I'm looking for the 85 minute version without the cuts).
I have another KPEN version from 1961 which might be rare(?), as well as a 6-episode South African version from 1956 (It uses the same script as the lost 1950 BBC version), not to be confused with the 6-episode 1967 BBC series which also uses more-or-less the same scripts, perhaps with some small changes (I've not done a comparison).
