Does anyone have any information or opinions on Sharon Tate's last movie, Una su 13/12 + 1 (1969)? Welles plays the actor-manager of a Grand Guignol theatre, performing in a gory version of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. (Welles' makeup as Mr. Hyde is very comic-grotesque.) The link below connects to a Sharon Tate tribute site and to images of Ms. Tate in 12 + 1 (no sign of Welles, though). I understand that 12 + 1 is a bomb, but what an amazing cast! Besides the alluring Ms. Tate, 12 + 1 features Vittorio De Sica, Vittorio Gassman, Terry Thomas, Mylène Demongeot, Grégoire Aslan (Bracco in Mr. Arkadin) and Lionel Jeffries. The script is credited to Marc Behm (who wrote the screenplay for the Beatles' Help!).

12+1 is currently available at Amazon Prime Video. A decent print, in Italian with subtitles. It's one of at least 18(!) versions of the 1928 Russian novel, Twelve Chairs. Also Sharon Tate's last movie, released after her murder. We see her getting more pregnant over the course of movie-- which is distressing. (I have not seen "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.") It's somewhat wacky-goofy-druggy, in the late 60's-early 70's style. The music is obviously derivative of Nino Rota. I've only watched about a quarter of it, and don't know if I'll stick with it, or just skip to Welles' cameo.
