Here's a little film clip of Orson Welles interviewed live by Huw Wheldon in 1960; the interview is printed in the Interviews book; however, this video section is not part of it. I can't tell whether the whole interview is available on this site, or just this clip:

I found Orson's final interview with Merv Griffin on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nrr9A0Yg82A

He gave this interview a mere two hours before his death.

One interesting tidbit: Merv talks to Orson about his marriage to Rita Hayworth, and at one point, Merv talks about how he appeared with Rita for her final public appearance. So not only was he with Rita for her final public appearance, but he was with Orson for his as well.
