Nice article, but...
some of Heart of Darkness splashed over into Citizen Kane. Both films were told through the eyes of narrators trying to solve a mystery—Marlow in Heart of Darkness, who is never actually seen on screen in Welles’ version, and Jedediah Leland, a reporter tracking down clues about Kane.

Yeah, I submitted a comment yesterday complimenting them on the assessment of Heart of Darkness, but noting that "Jerry Thompson" was the name of the reporter. They have now made a correction.
