I don't have the patience to wade through a statistical analysis who wrote what.
It seems to me that limiting an authorship analysis to the page when not all the drafts and notes survive is an exercise in futility especially with an artist who also wrote on his feet during the shoot.
Would someone please tell me what the results were in Buckland's analysis?
What did he decide on, in the end?

Warren Buckland's Who Wrote Citizen Kane?
Good question. I don't know of anyone who's read the book, and there are no reviews of it at Amazon. The $123 price tag scared me away.
Here's the Wellesnet writeup from October:

I don't suppose we'll ever know what he decided on because nobody wants to read it.

Most academic textbooks today are so pricey. I remember back in Manchester University when doing Biblical Studies that a professor remarked on a similar book using computer authorship to detect what exactly Paul wrote that he said he would be convinced over debatable texts such as Timothy and @ Peter but not over the major tests such as Romans and Corinthians.
Naturally, it could easily be applied to AMBERSONS, but would it correctly detect what we all know Welles directed from that composite work?

Warren Buckland's Who Wrote Citizen Kane?
I had the chance to check this book out.
Although some tests are inconclusive, the author suggests that Mankiewicz is the dominant writer (at 50-60+% of the content, depending on each individual test), just as Welles put it in the credits.

Film, popular culture, and the latest lunacy from THE DAILY TELEGRAPH U.K (which I'd never subscribe to) now occur frequently on my msn news. Sadly, the same old lies and misinformation continue on the past of people who should k0ow better and look up wellesnet.com. Another example of "Print the Legend"! https://www.msn.com/en-us/movies/news/w ... dd4f&ei=58
